The best way to guarantee your freezer is full for the year is to let us know before the season starts what type of fish you want and how much you are interested in. You will be contacted once your fish has been caught and is ready for delivery or pick up at a local meeting place or Farmer’s Market. Pre-ordering is a great help to us as well so we can pre-plan and determine the inventory we need for each season. You don’t pay until you receive your fish.
10 pound box of halibut portions (approximately 6-8 oz portions): $240
10 pound box of black cod (sablefish) portions (approximately 8 oz and 1 pound portions): $240
10 pound box of rockfish fillets (approximately 1 pound fillets) $110
25 pound box of sockeye fillets (approximately 18-20 fillets, depending upon size): $400
As we work on packaging smaller boxes of salmon and salmon portions, grab a friend and split a box or follow us on Facebook to find us at a local Skagit Valley Farmer’s Market where you can purchase individual fillets. If you’re feeding a family though, you’re likely to need the full 25 pounds. As a family of 4, we eat 75 pounds of salmon fillets a year.
