Serves 6
Ingredients
2 pounds halibut fillet, cut into 6 pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Grease a 9X13 inch baking dish
Season halibut with salt and pepper in dish
Combine green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream and dill in a bowl
Spread mixture evenly over each piece of halibut
Bake at 475 degrees for 20 minutes for a 1 inch thick piece of fish (fish should flake easily with a fork)
Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving
